Welcome to Adopcionanimal.com

We are a non-profit organisation established in 2007. We are largely involved in rescuing, healing and rehabilitating stray animals. We aim to provide a second chance for all animals that have been abandoned, mistreated and left to fend for themselves. 

In July and August, 57,000 animals were abandoned in Spain. We believe that this situation can only be solved if, as well as rescuing animals, we try to increase people’s awareness that an animal is a living being with rights, as established in the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights.

We organise adoptions all over Europe. Our goal is to find the ideal home for each animals, wherever it may be.

Our association is always looking for new volunteers, members and collaborator. In the "COLABORA" section you will find all the information you need.

Unfortunately, Spain has one of the highest rates of animal abuse in Europe. Associations like ours are merely attempting to mitigate this situation, in the hope that, some day in the future, we will be able to hold our heads up high and be proud of our high animal care standards.
